In addition to the above awardees, there are numerous people without whom Congress would never have been the success it was, especially now Past President Jerry Bowman, our Chairman Gary Gardner and especially Executive Director Kelly Woods-Vaughn, who worked tirelessly to make this year’s event a seamless, enlightening experience for all in attendance.
